Cameron's Design is an independent, authorized dealer of Hunter Douglas products.  If you visit this website you accept the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Terms of Use"). Cameron's Design operates this site to provide online access to information about the products and services we each provide. These Terms of Use, together with applicable additional terms and conditions, are referred to as this "Agreement" and govern your use of this site.

Cameron's Design reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.

1. Use of Site

You may use the site, information, writings, images and/or other data that you experience on the site, referred to as "Content", solely for non-commercial, personal purposes and/or to learn about Cameron's Design products and services. Cameron's Design retains complete title and full intellectual property rights in and for all Content. Cameron's Design does control third party sites and therefore are not responsible for the content of any third party website or any link contained in any third party website. By using the site to link to another website, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Cameron's Design  for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the site to link to a third party website.

Cameron's Design prohibits unauthorized links to the site and the framing of any information contained on the site or any portion of the site. Cameron's Design reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames. Cameron's Design has no responsibility or liability for any material on other websites that may contain links to the site.

9. Product Display/Colors

The site attempts to display product images shown as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see identically matches the product color because the display of the color depends, in part, upon the computer monitor, electronic device, or various other viewport settings you may be using.

In such states, Cameron's Design's collective liability is limited and warranties are excluded to the greatest extent permitted by law, but shall, in no event, exceed $100.00.

11. Indemnification

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cameron's Design, and each of their respective affiliated companies, business partners, licensors, employees, agents, and any third-party information providers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the site or the Content, or any violation by you of this Agreement.
